Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 5, 2026

These Terms explain how Noble Shift programs work, what you pay and when, how your enrollment incentive is provided, and what happens if you cancel or miss a payment. Please read them carefully before you enroll.

Your program agreement, presented before you enroll, confirms your program, payment schedule, payment dates and the total amount payable. If anything in your program agreement differs from these Terms, your program agreement applies.

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Noble Shift (“Noble Shift”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the person who uses our website or enrolls in a Noble Shift program (“you”, “your” or “member”).

They apply to our website, our member portal, our financial-learning programs and our communications with you (together, our “services”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.

By using our services or completing enrollment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who can enroll

To enroll in a program, you must:

  • have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence;
  • live in Canada, outside the Province of Quebec;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • complete our identity verification and bank account verification;
  • provide information that is true, accurate, complete and your own; and
  • not have had a previous Noble Shift membership closed for breach of these Terms.

We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or an enrollment incentive.

3. What Noble Shift provides

Noble Shift offers financial-learning programs covering money management, credit, debt, saving and financial wellness. Programs are delivered through our member portal and include lessons, tools and resources. Each program level includes the content of the levels below it.

Our content is general education. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit-counselling advice, and Noble Shift is not a credit-repair or debt-settlement service. We do not remove information from credit files or negotiate with creditors on your behalf. No particular credit-score, debt, savings or financial outcome is guaranteed. For advice about your own circumstances, please speak with a qualified professional.

4. Programs, fees and payment schedule

When you enroll, you choose a program and either a weekly or a biweekly payment schedule:

ProgramIncentiveWeeklyBiweekly
BronzeFinancial Foundations $350 8 × $72.19 + tax 5 × $115.50 + tax
SilverCredit Foundations $500 10 × $82.50 + tax 6 × $137.50 + tax
GoldCredit & Debt Management $800 14 × $94.29 + tax 8 × $165.00 + tax
PlatinumFinancial Stability $1,000 14 × $117.86 + tax 8 × $206.25 + tax
DiamondFinancial Growth $1,250 16 × $128.91 + tax 9 × $229.17 + tax
EliteComplete Financial Wellness $1,500 16 × $154.69 + tax 9 × $275.00 + tax

Payment amounts are shown before tax. Applicable sales taxes (GST, HST or PST) are added to each payment based on your province or territory of residence.

Payments are collected by pre-authorized debit from the bank account you verify at enrollment. Where possible, payment dates are set to line up with your pay schedule.

5. Pre-authorized debit authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Noble Shift, and the payment processor acting on our behalf, to debit your verified bank account for each scheduled payment set out in your program agreement, plus applicable taxes, and for any fees described in section 6.

  • We will notify you in writing at least 10 days before any change to the amount or dates of your scheduled payments.
  • You may cancel this authorization at any time by contacting us. Cancelling the authorization does not cancel your program agreement or any amount you owe under it.
  • You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this authorization. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this authorization. For more information on your recourse rights, contact your financial institution or visit payments.ca.

6. Missed, returned or deferred payments

Returned payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be collected, for example because of insufficient funds or a closed or blocked account, we will let you know by email or text message and try the payment again on your next scheduled pay date. A returned payment fee of $60.00 applies to each unsuccessful payment attempt.

Moving a payment date

If you expect to have trouble making a payment, contact us at info@nobleshift.ca before the payment date to ask to move it to a later date. Deferrals are approved at our discretion, and a deferral fee of $40.00 applies to each approved deferral.

7. Your enrollment incentive

Each program includes the enrollment incentive shown in section 4. Once your enrollment is approved and verification is complete, we send the incentive as a single payment, usually by Interac e-Transfer, to the account details you verified. Timing can depend on verification and on your financial institution.

The incentive is tied to completing your program’s payment schedule. If you cancel, stop making payments, or your membership is closed for breach of these Terms before your schedule is complete, you will need to either:

  • return the enrollment incentive you received; or
  • complete the remaining scheduled payments,

as described in your program agreement. We will contact you in writing to confirm which option applies and the timeline. This obligation continues after your membership ends.

Incentives are limited to one per person and cannot be transferred.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may ask to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@nobleshift.ca. Section 7 explains what happens to your enrollment incentive if you cancel before your payment schedule is complete.

Because program content is made available as soon as you enroll, payments already made are generally not refundable. The specific cancellation and refund terms for your program are set out in your program agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.

If a member passes away, we will review any remaining balance with their estate and may waive it.

9. Member portal and program content

While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the member portal and program content for your own non-commercial use. Please keep your login details confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

We may update, improve or replace content from time to time to keep it accurate and useful.

10. Communications

We will send you messages about your account by email, text message or phone. These include enrollment confirmations, payment reminders, incentive updates and notices about any amount owing. Because they are needed to administer your membership, you will continue to receive them while your membership is active or a balance remains.

With your consent, we may also send newsletters, new learning content and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text message, and we will process your request within 10 business days.

11. Using our website and services

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to:

  • access or try to access another member’s account;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access our services;
  • interfere with the security or operation of our services, or introduce malicious code;
  • misrepresent your identity or provide someone else’s information; or
  • copy, resell or redistribute our content without our written permission.

12. Intellectual property

The Noble Shift name, logo, website, member portal and program content belong to Noble Shift or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in section 9, these Terms do not give you any rights to them.

13. Third-party services

We work with trusted providers for payment processing, bank account verification, e-Transfer delivery, and email and text message delivery. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose them carefully but are not responsible for their services or for outages outside our control.

If you believe a payment was taken in error, please contact us first so we can look into it quickly. This does not limit your recourse rights under section 5.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our content is provided for general educational purposes. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Noble Shift is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

15. Suspending or closing a membership

We may suspend or close a membership if you breach these Terms, provide false or misleading information, or misuse our services. If we do, section 7 continues to apply to any enrollment incentive you have received.

16. Resolving concerns

If you have a concern, please contact us in writing at info@nobleshift.ca so we can try to resolve it. We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 business days and to respond in full within 15 business days.

If we cannot resolve your concern, either of us may propose mediation with a mutually agreed mediator before taking other steps. This does not limit any right you have to bring a claim in court or to contact a consumer protection office.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where you live and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date, and we will notify active members by email before any significant change takes effect. Changes do not alter the payment schedule in a program agreement you have already accepted.

19. General

These Terms, your program agreement and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Noble Shift about our services. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a term immediately, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your membership or this agreement to anyone else.
